We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (or the final delivery if your order arrives in multiple shipments).

How to Return an Item

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email, telephone or in writing. We recommend keeping a copy of your correspondence for your records.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, the item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:

• Unused and in perfect condition
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by any accessories or documentation supplied

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Return Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. Once we’ve received and inspected your original item and confirmed it is in resalable condition, we’ll arrange your exchange. Please note that an additional delivery charge applies to replacement items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible. We'll arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair or full refund, and where applicable we'll cover the cost of return postage.
