Placing an Order

Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Rowbury is formed only when your order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched. Until full payment has been received, all goods remain the property of Rowbury.

We reserve the right to amend product prices and availability at any time without prior notice. Where applicable, delivery charges will be added to your order during checkout.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using this website, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
